There are several tours you can choose if you want to enjoy Grand Cayman. Refer to the list below for reference.
1. Native Way Watersports – they offer good variety of tours in the island.
2. Moby Dick Tours - Stingray City tour is only $40 for adults and $30 for children under 12.
3. Sotos’s Cruises – located in Seven Mile. The tour to Stingray City is $30.
4. Nautilus Undersea Tours – they two air-conditioned semi-submersible vessels that will take you to the reefs and shipwrecks located in Georgetown.
If you love diving, you may want to book your adventure with either of the following diving centres:
1. Sunset Divers – located at the Sunset House in South Sound.
2. Red Sail Sports – located in Seven Mile Beach
3. Don Foster’s Dive Cayman Islands
4. Ocean Frontiers – located in East End
5. Liz Awesome Fun Bay – located in the North Side
Aside from diving and water sports, you can also explore the island with its precious places.
1. Cayman Islands National Museum – located in the Harbour Drive, Goergetown. The entrance is $4 for adults and $2 for children. The museum is open at 9am-5pm from Monday till Friday and 10am-2pm during Saturdays.
2. Ft. George Remains – located in the Harbour Drive & Fort St. George Town. You will find the remains of an old fort built in 1790 that served as the islands protector.
3. Cayman Maritime Treasure Museum – located in North Church St. Georgetown. The boat-like museum contains many artifacts about turtles and pirates. Entrance is at $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12.
4. Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Park – you will find exotic blue iguanas, an old Cayman house, sand gardens and many more. They are open daily from 9am-6:30pm.
6. Boatswain’s Beach – located at 825 Northwest Point Road, West Bay. This is the onlhy place where you will see 14,000 turtles from the tiniest to the biggest. You will also get a chance to touch them from the pools. Tickets are available at $18/adults and $9/children under 12
7. Pedro St. James Castle – built in 1780 with eccentric designs.
8. Hell – located in West Bay. It is called hell because of the dark colour of
the volcanic rock formations.
9. Cemetery Beach – located in Seven Mile Beach. Perfect for snorkeling.
There are also exciting festivals that you can join. Batabano every end of April or first week of May. Pirates week festival, every mid of November, Cayfest in April.
