What happens if you build a church on top of a cemetery, and then people died of the plague, and then you had all these bones and a somewhat crazy monk?

Well, the monk takes some 40,000 skeletons and arranges them into various patterns, furnishings, gates and chandeliers. It's like nothing you've ever seen before.


Sedlec Ossuary is located about 1hr's drive outside of Prague in the Czech Republic. Accessible mostly by private vehicle (car).
