Walt Disney Studios Park

About 30km East of Paris, Disneyland Resort Paris encompasses two parks: Disneyland Paris, and Walt Disney Studios Park. Disneyland Paris is the theme/amusement park you would expect, while Walt Disney Studios Park covers the world of cinema and movie-making.

Disneyland Paris has a bit of a European touch, combined with its classic Hollywood roots. There are 5 themes:
Frontierland - Inspired by the Wild West, with steamboats and mountain themes.
Adventureland - Adventures from Caribbean pirates and Swiss Family Robinson.
Main Street - Horse-drawn vehicles, barber shops, and country themes.
Fantasy Land - Themes involving Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland.
Discovery Land - Futuristic technology themes.

Wlat Disney Studios Park has attractions and shows as well, centered on cinema. There are 4 themes:
Toon Studio - Covers pen and pencil animation.
Backlot - Appealing to older audiences, there are car stunts and special effects.
Front Lot - Props, sets, and famous facades.
Production Courtyard - Filming, film sets, studios, and costumes.


The Thalys, the Eurostar OR the "RER A4" take you to the "Marne-La-Vallée/Chessy" station, right in front of the main entrance to the Disney Parks.

By car, take the A4 highway and exit on "Parcs Disney/Bailly-Romainvilliers".

Hours are 10am-11pm for Disneyland, and 10am-7pm for Walt Disney Studios Park.

Tickets start from $76 (USD), but there are many packages.
