About

Considered more enjoyable than even The Louvre by some visitors, the Musee d'Orsay houses famous paintings by Monet, Degas, Renoir, and Cezanne. The museum is actually built inside an old railway station, and the fewer crowds makes it a pleasure to visit.

Major works include:
Bal du moulin de la Galette - Renoir's masterpiece of a picnic in 1876.
Starry Night Over the Rhone - by Van Gogh.
La Source - Oil by Ingres.
Tiger Hunt - Delacroix
Dance at Le Moulin de la Galette Renoir
The Floor Planers Gustave Caillebotte

There are many more. Take a look for yourself and see what captures your eye. You'll love this museum.
