Although a bit of a tourist trap, the famous Jumbo Kingdom floating restaurant is one of Hong Kong's most famous landmarks. It has a beautiful exterior and okay food. The "kingdom" is built by hundreds of tied up fishing boats.

While there, why not try exploring Aberdeen Harbour on the Sampan boats, which will take you around the harbour for a 20 minute tour, for about $50 HKD. Also see the Tin Hau temple, dedicated to the protector of fishermen.

You'll get a god idea of the what the life and culture of fishermen in Hong Kong is like. While here, consider a sidetrip to Ocean Park or Stanley Village.
