About

A well renowned wax museum in Hong Kong set up by wax sculptor Marie Tussauds, the museum has grown to become a major attraction in Hong Kong Island at the Peak Tower. It is one of the two museums in Asia, the other one in Shanghai branch.

The museum comprises of around 100 wax figures of internationally well renowned celebrities from all over the world. To name a few are Mahatma Gandhi, Barrack Obama, Leonardo Da Vinci, Eddie Murphy, Madonna, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Hugh Grant, Mel Gibson and the list goes on.

The setup has a theme such as Glamour, Music Icons, National Heroes, the world Champions like David Beckham. Visitors can take pictures with the charismatic wax figures. Moreover, there is an array of shops for shopaholics as well. Those daring enough can venture into Scream, to see the criminally insane.

Hours: 10am to 10pm daily

Admission: HK$160 for adults, and HK$90 for children and seniors.

Access: The museum is located at Victoria Peak. Take either the bus or Peak Tram up from central. It's only a 15 min ride away.
