Bali is a great place to visit if you are interested in cultures, love the sun and the sea sports. I organized a Bali trip for my fellow art members of the Art Club three years back and we totally enjoyed ourselves even though it was a short trip.

We watched the Barong Dance which is about a contest between the opposing forces of chaos and destruction ("Rangda") and order (the "Barong"). Barong Dance is usually performed in the morning while in the evening, it is the Balinese Dance. Visited volcanos that are still active and had lunch at the area too which was really fun.

Try not to expect much shopping when you are in Bali because you will be disappointed. Bali is more of a place whereby spas and resorts are blooming and sea sports are known for being cheap.
