The Forum was the center of life in Ancient Rome, where politics and commerce occurred. Today, beautiful ruins and arches scatter the landscape.

The best preserved monuments are the Arch of Titus, commemorating Titus' triumph over the Jewish Revolt in AD 70, and the Arch of Septimius Severus, recording victory over the Parthians.


How to get there

There is a combination Forum/Coliseum pass that allows you quick entry to both exhibits.

Take the metro to Coliseo,
or use one of the many bus lines towards Coliseo. Then walk a short distance.
