About
In the Edo period, Odaiba used to be a defensive fort to protect the city from sea attacks. Since then, it has been transformed into a futuristic shopping district. Some of the attractions include:
Tokyo Decks: A shopping mall offering views of the beach with various cafes and trendy shops.
Fuji TV Headquarters: Visitors can enter and tour exhibitions on popular TV programs, and get a view of Tokyo Bay from the observatory.
Venus Fort: A beautiful indoor shopping arcade modeled after 18th century Europe. Beautiful fountains and pillars stand below the artificial sky ceiling.
