The Tokyo Stock Exchange is the second largest stock exchange in the world, next only to the New York Stock Exchange.

There is an open area for visitors to learn about the history of Japan's stocks, and watch traders. However, since most of the process is now computerized, most of the traders now sit behind computers, protected by a shiny glass wall.

How to get there

Opening Hours: The TSE is open weekdays from 9am-11am and 12:30pm to 3:00pm.

Admission: Free

Access: The TSE is located in central Tokyo. Take the subway to either Kayabacho or Nihombashi station, and from either is a 5 min short walk.
