Since this is a secluded island in the Philippines, the fastest and most convenient way to reach Guimaras island is by boat from Iloilo City.

Ortiz Wharf ( Iloilo City - Jordan Port)
- For less than 50 cents, you can ride in an outrigger boat locally known as pump-boat.
- The boat ride will last for 15-20 minutes.
- Boats are ready to sail from 6 am till 8 pm.

Jordan Port - Resorts
- When you arrive in the port of Jordan ( pronounced as "Hur-dan") you can hire a motorcycle with a side care known as "tricyle" for 200 pesos or $5.
- Or you can hire a multi-purpose van for 400 pesos or $10.
- The port is 40-45 minutes away from most resorts in Guimaras Island.
