There is tram rides available but I would highly recommend that you skip the tram ride and explore the Night Safari by foot. Treat it like an adventure and you will definitely enjoy the walking even more because there are many wildlife to look out for!
Operating Hours:
7.30pm to 12mn daily
Restaurants and retail shops open from 6:00pm daily
Last admission is at 11.00pm

Tram Ride:
Covering 3.2km, the tram ride takes about 45 minutes to complete, has live commentary and one stopover at East Lodge.
Each tram ticket allows only one ride within the park.
Starts from 7:30pm.

How to get there

From the city, take service 171 to Mandai Road, then alight at the first bus stop and transfer to service 927 or 926 (operates only on Sundays and Public Holidays).
By Mass Rapid Transit
From Ang Mo Kio MRT (NS16), take bus service 138.
From Choa Chu Kang MRT (BP1/NS4), take bus service 927.
From Woodlands station (NS9) or Marsiling station (NS8), take bus service 926 (operates only on Sundays and Public Holidays).
Bus trips take approximately 30-40 minutes.

By Car/Taxi
From the City, take the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Jurong.
* Look out for and turn off at Exit 7 of the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).
* Follow the prominent brown signs to the Night Safari.
* On a regular day, the journey will take approximately 30 minutes.
