About

Used as a lighthouse for centuries, the interior of the tower has been transformed into a popular café and restaurant, with an excellent view of the former Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman capital.

Maiden's Tower is the symbol of Istanbul due to its unique location at the intersection point of the two continents Europe and Asia, 2500 years old history and legends that have been subject to many stories and poems through out the history.

In 2000, after the restoration adequate to its characteristics and traditional architecture held by the Hamoglu Holding Company, Maiden's Tower opened the doors to the public for the first time. Now Maiden's Tower is welcoming you in a charming atmosphere where it serves as a cafeteria during the day time and serves as a fine dining restaurant in the evenings.
