About

Now, I have never been to the Neverland Ranch. I'm sure it will be more like a museum in the future. As for placing this feed I think it's appropriate to all the fans that we place this on the map of WorldSaurus. As well, I have added the History of the Ranch below for those that are interested. Soon as it is open for the public, I want to visit it!

However, if you are reading this...We would all love some input about it. Please feel free to respond to this add.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE RANCH:

Michael Jackson turned the Neverland Ranch into the largest private fun park in the world where many thousands of children were entertained in a world which for many was a dream. The amusement park opened in 1988 and while it is no longer in operation the facilities over the years have been second to none.

Some of the attractions included:-

Private zoo
Theme park
Ferris wheel
Merry-go-round
Zipper
Spider
Sea dragon
Wave swinger
Super slide
Dragon wagon kiddie roller coaster
Bumper cars
Private train service

We have seen many celebrities move into the property market, some have done well and some not so well, but few can have had the impact that Michael Jackson had after acquiring the Neverland Ranch. He built up a property from $30 million to somewhere in excess of $120 million in a matter of 20 years ago although as his fame faded, his finances deteriorated and the man who once ruled pop was in the hands of third party investment companies who would try to squeeze the life out of him.

Today: We are unsure of what may happen since Michael Jackson has passed. I would hope that this land is kept and opened to the public for a Fan Based Museum.

Note from Charliann:
I'm sure there are some people that are wondering why Michael is so important to the fans, I can only express what I feel and not what others feel...

Michael was an Icon for many fans and such. I think we had a certain outlook on him only shown from what the media has covered. We judged even if we were unsure of his past. I judged and didn't approve of some things but I looked past that after his death and I realize I miss the KING of POP - ICON! I hope in time, others can forgive as I am as well. (For what, I'm yet to know.)
