The Belle of Louisville

The Belle of Louisville is a great attraction if you love to see cities from the water. I've been on the Belle of Louisville several times. Its amazing to stand near the paddle as it pushes the water and moves the boat. You can see both the Louisville city skyline and the New Albany Indiana side as well. You pass under a couple bridges and its just an amazing view all together. You can get some really great photos of Downtown Louisville from the boat as well!

The Belle has all kinds of different things you can go on it for. They have lunch and dinner, field trips, sightseeing cruises, you can book parties on the boat, and they have dance cruises as well!


From I-64 West to exit 5-B, Take the Third Street Exit, turn left onto River Road, veer to the right of the highway entrance ramp at Second Street. Proceed 2 blocks past the Belle to the entrance of the Blue Parking Lot. Parking is available to the left in the "Blue" wharf lot or to the right in the Witherspoon Garage. Joe's Crab Shack is at the entrance to the wharf parking.

From I-64 East to Exit 4, the Ninth Street Exit, turn left onto Market Street, turn left onto 7th Street, and follow the curve to the right as the street turns into River Road. Proceed on River Road 2 blocks past the Belle of Louisville to the entrance to the "Blue Parking Lot" at Joe's Crab Shack. Parking is also available to the right in the Witherspoon Garage.

From I-65 North or South, exit onto I-64 West and follow the directions above.

From I-71 exit onto I-64 West and follow the directions above.
