About

Stand on the Prime Meridian at the Greenwich Royal Observatory! It's actually about as fun as it sounds, but there are plenty of tourists and an observatory museum with asteroids for you to touch and see.

The Prime Meridian is at longitude 0 degrees, and is the basis for which all other longitudes in the world are measured. You'll find a metal strip on the ground also detailing at which degrees other major cities throughout the world lie at. It's a fun historical visit.

The area is also surrounded by Greenwich Park, which is where the Queen's House is and you can see some paintings inside there.
