About

Stepping into this quaint little town in the Warwickshire countryside is like stepping into Olde England. As the birthplace of Shakespeare, it's dowsed in culture and history.

Visitors can take a walk down Henley Street, filled with tiny gift and confectionary stores. Then take a trip to the beautiful little tutor-styled house where the renowned writer William Shakespeare was born. While in town, also visit the four other house's lived in by Shakespeare and his relatives. Or take a walk to the Holy Trinity Church to see his final resting place. Visitors can take a break with a canal ride on the River Avon, watch a stage performance at the many theatres in town, or just just sit in the Bancroft Garden and enjoy the many street performers that gather there.

It's the perfect place for a vacation or a short break.
